When was the last time your firm conducted a market assessment? How often and much do you rely on your gut feeling and personal market knowledge to make business decisions? If you haven’t conducted a market assessment within the past year, has you industry changed, and to what extent?

Can you trust that in these volatile times your industry hasn’t really changed, significantly? If you feel the industry hasn’t changed, can you detail specific changes that occurred and how these changes have impacted your firm?
